Infant Sleep Workshop

Sleep is never *just* about sleep. When a baby isn’t sleeping, that’s just the tip of an iceberg. During this workshop we will explore developmental, biological, environmental, and emotional factors impacting the sleep of an infant. My goals are to help you: (a) create and maintain a healthy sleep foundation for your infant; (b) develop reasonable expectations for how much sleep your baby will need at different stages, including the number and length of naps;  (c) be prepared with strategies for when sleep challenges arise; and (d) understand how infant sleep is impacted by parental wellness and family dynamics.
