This American Heart Association course is designed to teach the skills of CPR and foreign body airway obstruction for the infant, child and adult, and provide instruction in the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED). This course is approved by the Office of Child Care Services and is appropriate for daycare providers, nannies, lifeguards and people whose job requires them to respond to cardiac emergencies. Participants will receive official certification from the American Heart Association, which is good for two years. 2.5-3 hour class.
