Prenatal Fitness

Self-care is incredibly important for expecting and new moms, and we have prenatal fitness options to make it easy, rewarding, and special. We offer prenatal yoga, along with mom and baby yoga, and mom and baby barre for you once your baby is born.

Our yoga is a wonderful, relaxing, uplifting class to learn how to breathe deeply and consciously relax. Prenatal fitness regimens like yoga can keep you limber, tone your muscles, and improve your balance and circulation, all with minimal negative impact on your joints.
