Saheeda has been a Labor and Delivery RN at MGH for the last 25 years. She’s currently the MGH Childbirth Education Coordinator and lead instructor. She has been an American Heart Association CPR Instructor for over 25 years. She started teaching the Babysitting and CPR Class when her girls were in elementary school and really enjoyed working with children and educating them with important and useful information. She believes knowledge is power and loves to teach to all clientele! She lives in Pembroke with her husband and dog Mia. She has two adult daughters. One daughter is married with 2 dogs. The other is a profession soccer player currently playing overseas. In her free time, Saheeda loves to travel.
