This 2 Part Childbirth Class covers the same information as our One Day Childbirth Class.  Classes are held on 2 consecutive Tuesday evening, 6:30 pm to 9 pm at our Over The Moon ~ Parent & Child Enrichment Center in Norwell. This 2 class format gives you a your partner a little more time to understand, practice and discuss all you have learned in Childbirth Class. The second night also provides you an extra opportunity to have all your questions addressed.

Learn about labor, birth and postpartum with current, evidence-based information. Practice various coping and comfort techniques with the help of your support person and decide what works best for you! Be prepared and knowledgeable when your labor starts. Know your medical and pain management options.

Learn to confidently advocate, with the help of your support person, for what is meaningful and important to you throughout your labor, birth and postpartum experience.
