Mom and Baby Barre is full of strength and stretching exercises to get you feeling great about yourself while enjoying bonding time with your non-mobile baby. This class involves toning moves with your baby in the carrier.
Mom and Baby Yoga (On HOLD) is a relaxing and centering class for those weeks and months after your baby’s birth that are both so special, and also sometimes stressful! This 45-minute class will offer soothing bonding time with your non-mobile baby plus a chance to make friends with other new moms.
