Self-care is incredibly important for new moms.
Our yoga series is designed to help you relax, stretch, and breathe deeply. Attending a class taught by a trained instructor in a safe environment provides an excellent opportunity to channel nervous energy and reduce stress through focused movements and mindful breathing.
Yoga is a fun, healthy, and playful activity that you and your baby can enjoy together. This class will help you stay limber, tone your muscles, and improve your balance and circulation—all with minimal impact on your joints.
