Thank you for choosing Over The Moon Parenting! In order to ensure the best class experience for all, we ask you to please review the following policies before registering. By registering for a class, you are agreeing to the following registration policies. Over The Moon Parenting closely monitors class enrollment to ensure client experience is at its finest. Our team of instructors diligently prepares for each class, and we value the time they spend making sure each class is delivered to the highest level. Thank you for your understanding. You may register for any of our classes online or you can call the center at 781-347-3189 and we would be happy to help! If the class is full, you will be placed on a waitlist and we will inform you only if space becomes available in the class. If you would like to enroll in a class that has already started and there is space available, we will prorate the price for you. Please call the center to register for an already-begun class.
To enroll your child in Toddler Playschool, please call the center and we will be happy to help.
For low enrollment cancellations, you will be notified at least 24 hours prior to the class start date. If your class is cancelled, you may either apply your payment toward another class or group OR you may request a full refund. Refunds will appear on your credit card statement within 3 to 5 business days.
All weather related closings will be posted on our Instagram and Facebook page.
Prenatal Classes: Currently, offer in-person only at our Over The Moon Center in Norwell. If your class is cancelled due to weather, we will be in contact with you and make every effort possible to reschedule your class.
Over The Moon Center Classes: Over The Moon Parent & Child Enrichment Center weather related closings and cancellations will posted on our Instagram and Facebook page (By 7AM, on the day of the closure)
No weather make-ups for New Mom Groups.
No weather make-ups for Enrichment, Art and Music.
No weather make-ups for Toddler Playschool.
If a mandated Center closure and/or class cancellations are ordered by the Commonwealth or local authorities for Covid or any other health or safety related emergency, missed classes will not be refunded, prorated or credited.
Cancellation of classes due to instructor illness or center emergency. We will try our best to offer a make-up class.
Please understand that we strive to provide a healthy environment for all individuals in our classes and at our center.
If you and/or your child has experienced a fever, vomiting, or diarrhea, within the past 24 hours, or is clearly unwell please do not attend class or return to the center until you are better. Colds are a common occurrence; however, there are some symptoms that warrant keeping a child home. These include, but are not limited to: bad cold with hacking or persistent cough, green or yellow nasal drainage, productive cough with green or yellow phlegm being coughed up. These symptoms may be present with or without a fever. Please note, if your child’s teacher feels your child is too sick to be in class, she may ask you to take him or her home.
If you and/or your child has been seen by your healthcare provider, is symptom free and has been on an antibiotic for 24 hours or greater, you are welcome at the center.
TPS/Preschool Enrichment-
Before entering any of our classrooms, please use the antibacterial lotion that is provided for you at the entrance to each classroom or wash your and your child’s hands with soap and water in our bathroom.
Please do not change any diapers in the classrooms, Explorer Zone or lobby area. We have provided a changing table in each of our restrooms for your convenience. Please place all diapers in the diaper pails located in the bathrooms. Please be respectful of the next family using our changing area. Lysol spray is available on the shelf in the bathroom.
Toddler Playschool and Preschool Enrichment teachers will change diapers and/or take your child for frequent bathroom breaks.
Over The Moon Parent and Child Enrichment Center is a Nut Free Facility. Please refrain from bringing any nuts or products containing nuts into our center.
Due to allergies, No food or drinks are allowed in any of the classrooms or the Explorer Zone.
Prenatal classes: (Currently, In-Person is ONLY at our Over The Moon Center in NORWELL. Hospital partners’ in-person classes are on HOLD… OFFERING Online Classes) If you need to withdraw from a class due to a medical reason(s), we will work with you to reschedule. If you give birth to your baby, we will provide you a refund, minus the difference of the online APP’s you received, upon the receipt of a physician note/documentation. Please email info@overthemoonparenting.com and briefly describe your situation and provide physician documentation.
New Mom & Baby Groups: We are unable to offer a make-up or refund for a missed class in our 8-week new mom and baby series.
Infant/Toddler Classes (Enrichment, Art & Music): No make-ups.
Toddler Play School: No make-up classes. Toddler Playschool is full.
Prenatal Classes: (Currently, In-Person is ONLY at our Over The Moon Center in NORWELL. Hospital partners’ in-person classes are on HOLD… OFFERING Online Classes) If you miss a class or need to cancel a class for a non-medical reason you will not be reimbursed. Rescheduling is an option up to 15 days ahead, but you must contact us! We will still give you access to our online course. Please email Info@overthemoonparenting.com or call 781-347-3189.
