Certified CPR Teacher,

We are seeking a CPR/First Aid Instructor certified by the American Heart Association to join our team to teach their Friends & Family Course. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of teaching Infant and Child CPR/First Aid skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective CPR and First Aid training sessions to individuals and groups.
• Teach course materials that adhere to American Heart Association guidelines.
• Assess participants’ proficiency and provide constructive feedback to ensure competency in CPR and First Aid techniques.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs.
• Manage classroom dynamics and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CPR/First Aid protocols and standards.

Qualifications:

• Must have a American Heart Association Heartsaver Instructor Certification.
• Ideally also able to teach BLS CPR. Administer the certification exams and issue certificates upon successful completion of the course.
