The part-time Front Desk Receptionist is the key welcoming and information person at our Over The Moon Center. Over The Moon Parenting is a parent and child enrichment center in Norwell, MA. We provide education and fun from pregnancy to preschool.
You must possess great people skills, be patient, kind and generous. You must love babies and young children! We are a small business so you must be flexible and able to assist as needed with Center tasks. Any sales experience would also be a plus, since you will be asked to help lead parents and caregivers to the best classes for them and their children.
You are responsible for answering the phone and registering clients in classes. General computer knowledge is necessary, a plus if you know MindBody, Excel, and Word etc. You will be greeting and offering tours to new visitors to the Center, assisting any child or caregiver who may need a little assistance, while keeping staff informed of any changes to their class rosters, etc.
